In our Dhamma propagation efforts, we organise regular Dhamma talks, Weekly Meditation Sessions, Sutta Study, Meditation Retreats, Mindfulness Workshops, Conferences and Seminars for our members and the Buddhist community.
We conduct Anapanasati Meditation every Tuesday night, Metta (Loving-kindness) Meditation every Wednesday night, Pali Chanting with Sutta Study sessions every month, and we hold regular Sutta Workshops, Invocation and Aspiration (Chanting of 28 Buddha Paritta) sessions, and Retreats. Our signature programs include the Sutta; Meditation Retreat with Ajahn Brahmali held every year and a bi-annual Year End Meditation Retreat with Ajahn Brahm.
We are a member of the Theravada Buddhist Council Malaysia (TBCM) and we collaborate with other Buddhist groups in sharing speakers and resources to support Dhamma propagation. However, we maintain a non-sectorian approach to the study of Buddhism. Our speakers include both local and foreign speakers from the three major Buddhist traditions—Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana.
