BGF Aspiration Night (New Year’s Eve 2023)

Dear Dhamma friends,

This New Year’s Eve, let’s come together for a night of mindfulness, gratitude, and fellowship as we reflect on the Noble Qualities of the Buddha and set our aspirations for 2024! The evening will feature a Dhamma Talk by Venerable Phra Goh Adhibalo, guided Metta (Loving-kindness) meditation 🧘, and the lighting of candles for aspiration-making 🕯️.
