Dear BGF Members,

We are pleased to inform that BGF’s Annual General Meeting for 2020 will be held online for the first time ever on 6 September 2020 at 230 p.m., online via Zoom. Notice of meeting and how to register to attend the meeting are attached with this message. Annual reports for 2019/2020 will be sent out to active members via email. For those who wish to obtain a hard copy, you may collect it personally from BGF’s administrative office.

A tutorial on how and what to do during the e-AGM are scheduled on 30 August and 3 September 20 for those who need a hand on how and what to do with this online meeting. The Zoom link will be send out later for you to join the session.
