Evening Talk – Life of Buddha According to Pali Texts with Venerable S. Dhammika

We have grown up listening to the life of the Buddha with all the embellishments made during the centuries. It will be very interesting and refreshing to find out what details are found in the Pali text. Bhante S. Dhammika would like to share about the Life of the Buddha based on the Pali scriptures.

About Venerable Shravasti Dhammika

Venerable Shravasti Dhammika was born in Australia in 1951. He was ordained as a Buddhist monk in India and later lived in Sri Lanka where he became well-known for his efforts to promote Buddhism. He worked in Singapore in 1985 being a spiritual Advisor to the Dhamma Mandala Society and several other Buddhist groups.
