About Bhante S. Dhammika

🚼 Born in Australia in 1951 and converted to Buddhism at the age of 18.
🧘‍♂️ Became a monk in India in 1976.
📚 Studied Buddhist philosophy and meditation in Sri Lanka as well as co-founded the Nilambe Meditation Center.
🛕 Moved to Singapore and founded the Buddha Dhamma Mandala Society.
✍ Written over 25 books and scores of articles on Buddhism and related subjects.
💬 Well known for his public talks.

🦘 Bhante returned to his homeland in 2017, where he now lives and spends most of his time writing and meditating.
