About Ayya Sumangala

Ayya Sumangala was ordained in 2008 under Venerable Mahinda Maha Thera and took her higher ordination in 2015 under Chief Saranankara Nayaka Maha Thera. She is the President of Ariya Vihara Buddhist Society which is currently raising funds for their new Bhikkhuni Training Centre in Kwasa Damansara. Ayya pioneered and conducts the Ariya Rainbow Kidz program. Her tagline is “Everyone Can Meditate” and “Living Skilfully by the Dhamma.”
