30th BGF Counseling Course

30th BGF Counseling Course

BGF Counseling Unit is pleased to bring you our 30th Counseling Course.

“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit”

Good mental health helps you enjoy life and cope with problems. It offers a feeling of well-being and inner strength. Just as you take care of your body by eating right and exercising, you can do things to protect your mental health.
Counseling allows individuals to explore their feelings and behaviours, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change and work towards desired change. Our short counseling course is a good way to start. Level 1 is appropriately structured to focus on personal development while Level 2 covers knowledge to help others.
