He is the author of the book, NOW: Who Wants To Learn MINDFULGym? – 12 Mindful Tools For Stress Reduction & Wellness.

The President of the Malaysia Association for Mindfulness Practice & Research (MMPR), Dr Phang is also a Certified teacher of the .b Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), a course designed for introducing mindfulness to teenagers.
