About Dr. Phang Cheng Kar

Dr. Phang Cheng Kar (M.D.) is a consultant psychiatrist and mindfulness-based therapist at Sunway Medical Centre. He is the developer of MINDFULGym (https://www.mindfulgymalaysia.com/), a Malaysian mindfulness-based stress reduction and wellness program. Besides being an avid speaker, he is also a prolific writer. He is also the President of the Malaysia Association for Mindfulness Practice & Research (MMPR) & KL Buddhist Mental Health Association (BMHA).
